- 1 medium size Fuji Apple, peeled, cored and cubed
- 16 pieces red hot cinnamon candies
- 3 crumbled low-fat cinnamon graham crackers
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Squirt of canned whipped cream
Place cubed apples in a microwavable dish. Cover the red hot candies. I layered the candies between the apples. Microwave for around 2 minutes. Stir and continue heating in microwave another 1-2 minutes. You want apples to be soft.
Once heated and cooked, remove and let sit for about 10 minutes.
Add graham cracker crumbs and whipped cream. You can layer the layer the apples and graham crackers if you like. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
