Nothing like a little after dinner delight.

Dessert typically comes at the end of a meal and usually consist of sweet foods. The word dessert comes from the French language desservir which means “to clear the table” and “to serve.”

I’m not a big dessert person, so if I’m going to indulge it has to be a recipe that I like. One that catches my eye and screams “TRY ME!”. Since I do plenty of entertaining, I have to step back and realize that my tastes are not the same as others. Knowing this, I try to incorporate desserts that might not be my most Blimpy Girl favorites. It’s all about variety and sampling new foods. You never know what you will like or not like until you taste.

Step outside your comfort zone and taste until you discover those foods that strike your fancy.
